We use your information exclusively to: prepare and file formation documents with state and federal agencies; obtain your EIN with the IRS; complete DOT/FMCSA registrations; communicate with you about your order; send you compliance reminders if you purchase that service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only with: state and federal government agencies as necessary to complete your filings (Secretaries of State, IRS, FMCSA, TxDMV); Stripe, our payment processor; Supabase, our database provider; and service providers that help us operate (such as email services). We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Sensitive Data Protection
Social security numbers and other sensitive information are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and stored with encryption at rest. Access to this information is restricted to personnel who need it to process your order. We do not store credit card information , all payments are processed directly by Stripe.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Formation documents are retained to assist you with future filings. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
